Warrants of arrest filed against outgoing ICC prosecutor Fatou Bensouda
Applications have been filed before Pre-Trial Chamber I of the International Criminal Court for warrants of arrest against outgoing Prosecutor Fatou Bensouda.

On 12 February 2021, Mr Karim A Khan KC was elected as Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court. He is a Recorder part-time judge of the Crown Court of England and Wales and previously worked as a Senior Crown Prosecutor in the United Kingdom.
